Therapist, bodywork practitioner, and sauna master.

Anders Hage won gold at the Danish Saunagus Championshipsin 2015 and has collected five Top 8 finishes at the World Championships since then.

Anders is guiding 5 rounds of Saunagus, each lasting 12-15 minutes.
