These terms govern all bookings and participation in both physical and online events hosted by Plug In ApS. By booking or attending an event, you agree to these terms. Plug In ApS reserves the right to update these terms, with changes becoming effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Booking and Payment
- Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, and Maestro.
- Payment Timing: Payment is charged immediately upon booking.
- Currency: All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT.
- Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. Plug In ApS reserves the right to correct errors or cancel bookings in case of misprints.
- Delivery and Event Access: Upon successful booking, participants will receive a confirmation email and invoice. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these. Event details and changes will be communicated via email.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Classes and Sessions (75 minutes):
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the session start time for a full refund. Cancellations made later may result in partial or no refund.
- We have a no show fee of 50 DKK, which will be charged if you do not show up for your booking.
General Tickets:
- General tickets can be canceled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Multi-Week Programs:
- Cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the start date are eligible for a full refund if the spot can be filled by another participant.
Private Events:
- More than 30 days before the event: No charge.
- Between 14 and 30 days before the event: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 14 days before the event: Full payment is required.
Online Courses and Programs:
- No refunds will be issued if participants have viewed more than 10 minutes of content or completed one or more modules.
- Refund requests must be made before accessing the online content.
Refund Timing:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 banking days.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
- All course materials, including but not limited to content, techniques, and frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Plug In ApS. By participating in our courses or events, you agree to the following:
Online Content Usage:
- Access to online courses is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or distributing content is strictly prohibited.
- Recording, taking screenshots, or copying course content is not allowed without prior written consent from Plug In ApS.
Facilitation Rights:
- Certification as a Plugin facilitator requires completing the full certification process as outlined by Plug In ApS. Completing the Fundamentals course alone does not grant facilitator status.
Violation Consequences:
- Plug In ApS reserves the right to pursue legal action, including financial compensation and revocation of access, for any copyright infringement.
Liability and Responsibility
- General Liability: Plug In ApS is not liable for website disruptions, power outages, or unauthorized access to personal information unless caused by negligence or willful misconduct.
- Personal Injury: Participation in activities, including sauna sessions and ice baths, is at the participant’s own risk. Plug In ApS cannot be held liable for injuries unless caused by negligence. Participants are encouraged to assess their health and consult a medical professional if necessary.
Health and Safety Declaration
Participants acknowledge that:
- They are in good physical and mental health.
- They have consulted a doctor if they have any pre-existing conditions.
- They participate voluntarily and accept all associated risks.
Personal Responsibility Statement:
“I hereby declare that I participate in activities at Plugin Heat Club voluntarily and entirely at my own risk. I will not hold Plug In ApS responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from my participation.”
Event Changes and Cancellations
- Substitution of Instructors: If Hjalte Wieth or any other instructor is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Plug In ApS will endeavor to find a suitable replacement or reschedule the event.
- Force Majeure: Events may be canceled due to illness, pandemics, government restrictions, emergencies, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, Plug In ApS will notify participants and offer alternative solutions.
Workshops and Corporate Events
- Technical Requirements: The following equipment must be provided: whiteboard, projector, and screen compatible with Hjalte Wieth’s MacBook. For events with more than 50 participants, a wireless microphone is required.
- Recording: Audio and video recording of events is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- Cancellations: Corporate workshops are subject to the same cancellation terms as private events.
Age Restriction
Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend events.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Plug In ApS complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during bookings and participation is used solely for administrative and communication purposes. Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their data by contacting connect@pluginheatclub.com.
Confidentiality: Participant information is treated confidentially, and anonymous participation is not allowed.
Right to Refuse Service
Plug In ApS reserves the right to refuse service to any participant exhibiting disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
Substance & Alcohol Disclaimer
For the safety and well-being of all guests, attending a session at Plugin Heat Club under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited. This includes arriving while visibly impaired or under the residual effects of such substances.
We reserve the right to deny entry or ask anyone to leave the premises if we suspect they are under the influence. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Your presence at Plugin should be intentional, clear, and safe — for you and for the community around you.
Third-Party Liability
Plug In ApS is not responsible for the performance or services of third-party providers, such as YOGO
Complaints and Disputes
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us at connect@pluginheatclub.com. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may file a complaint through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or forbrug.dk.
Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be settled under Danish law in Danish courts.
Property Damage
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property during events. Plug In ApS reserves the right to seek compensation for such damages.
Lost and Found
Plug In ApS is not responsible for lost or forgotten items. Unclaimed items will be donated after four weeks
Subscriptions
1. Subscription Types & Access
Your Subscription provides access to [saunagus/cold plunge] sessions according to your chosen plan:
Love – 2 sessions/month
Growth – 6 sessions/month
Ownership – 14 sessions/month
Sessions are personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
Unused sessions does not roll over to the next month.
2. Payment & Billing
Subscriptions are paid monthly in advance.
Your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the same date.
Prices are listed in DKK and include VAT. You will receive an email confirmation after each payment.
3. Commitment & Cancellation
All Subscriptions renews monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time with 1 month’s notice. This means your Subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle plus one additional month. There are no refunds for unused sessions. You may pause your Subscription once every 6 months for a maximum of 90 days (except during trial periods – see section 6).
4. Booking & Attendance
Bookings must be made through our online system.No-shows or late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the session start) may count as a used session. Plugin reserves the right to adjust session availability due to maintenance, events, or holidays.
5. Code of Conduct
All guests must follow safety guidelines and facilitator instructions.You may not attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or any substances. Plugin Heat Club reserves the right to suspend or cancel Subscriptions due to violations of this policy.
6. Special Business Trial Subscriptions (B2B)
Business trial Subscriptions are part of a limited-time offer and require sign-up with a valid company email.Plugin reserves the right to cancel any Subscription not associated with the approved company.The trial runs until September 30, 2025 and ends automatically – no cancellation needed. During the trial, Subscriptions cannot be paused, and terms are fixed.
7. Upgrading or Downgrading Your Subscription
Upgrading:
You’re always welcome to upgrade your subscription. Just contact our support team, and your new plan will take effect from your next renewal date.
Downgrading:
You’re welcome to downgrade your subscription at any time - in alignment with our cancellation terms. see (See section 3) Simply contact our support team, and we’ll schedule your downgrade to take effect after your binding period (the current month + one).
