If you and your team want to expand your physical and mental boundaries, this package is for you. We incorporate a round of breathing techniques; the body's chemistry is optimal for increasing your tolerance to heat and cold, and we increase the heat and extend the time in the cold bath up to 5-10 minutes, finishing off with an extra round of sauna ritual.

If you need to celebrate a milestone with your team, we're happy to provide the entire Plugin Zone with indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a DJ, dancing, cold baths, sauna rituals, and breathwork.
